Auxiliary switch position setting

    The 4-32Nm damper actuator has two sets of auxiliary switches, A and B. A switch is factory set to short circuit terminals 01,03 at 0-10 degrees and 01,02 at 10-90 degrees, and b switch is factory set to short circuit terminals 01,03 at 0-80 degrees and 01,02 at 80-90 degrees. 2Nm damper actuator has one auxiliary switch, factory set to short circuit terminals 1,3 at 0-10 degrees and 1,2 at 10-90 degrees. The 2Nm damper actuator has an auxiliary switch factory set to 0-10 degrees 1, 3 short circuit, 10-90 degrees 1, 2 short circuit.

    Suppose now you want to set a switch 0-30 degrees 01, 03 short circuit, 30-90 degrees 01, 02 short circuit, set the method as follows.

First press the manual reset switch to adjust the pointer to 30 degrees

    Then open the orange housing, see inside there will be 2 white knobs, the right for a switch corresponding to 01, 02, 03 auxiliary switch port, the left for the b switch corresponding to 04, 05, 06 auxiliary switch port, loosen the right side of the white knob inside the screw, clockwise adjustment to just press the position of the micro switch, re-tighten the screw can be.
